The vaccines and our collective vigilance to wearing a mask, social distancing and washing hands are our best defenses against COVID-19.

New Directions Behavioral Health Helpline
Working on the frontline, along with having general concerns about COVID-19, can be stressful. In partnership with New Directions Behavioral Health, providers, their staff and patients experiencing stress can talk to specially trained bilingual behavioral health counselors at no additional cost by calling a 24/7 toll-free helpline at 833-848-1762.
Please note: Counselors will not be able to assist with questions about COVID-19 testing, treatment or give a referral for a COVID-19 test. Provider referrals from these hotline calls will be covered per the member’s normal benefits/cost shares. If members have additional questions, they may call us at the number on the back of their member ID card.
