Papa Pals for Medicare Advantage members

Papa partners with Florida Blue Medicare to offer members a helping hand — when, where, and how they need it most. Our Papa Pals are here to help support members through their aging journey— both in-person and virtually. Our Florida Blue Medicare Members receive up to 60 hours a year of support from Papa Pals. They bring companionship with emotional support and friendship as well as assistance with everyday tasks—at no additional cost!

  • Technology Assistance: Help setting up and using technology or accessing apps so members can engage in telehealth or keep in touch with their loved ones 
  • Companionship: Share great conversation, play board games, take a walk, watch a movie, or share a meal
  • Transportation: Doctor’s appointment/pharmacy, run errands, grocery pick-up, or shopping 
  • Everyday Tasks: Meal prep, light cleaning*, laundry, organizing, or pet help 
  • Virtual Visits: Virtual company, listening and sharing conversations.
