An account may be locked for technical or security reasons. Call the number on the back of your ID card and a customer service representative will unlock your account.

Members who are 18 and older can register. There may be some exceptions based on the type of insurance you have with us.

You can look up your User ID and reset your password by clicking Login and selecting Forgot User ID or Password from the home page.

Due to privacy laws, only the policyholder can see all information for the family members covered under the policy (except dependents under the policy). If you are not the policyholder but are the spouse, you will not have access to the policyholder’s information.

Login to your Member Account with your current password. Under My Account, select Account Settings, then Update Security Profile.
