Rita T's Story

Rita spent 30 years as a police officer, protecting and serving her community. After retiring, Rita knew it was time to look out for herself and her health.

Serving on the force is "an everyday stress, it's a physical stress." Enrolling in classes at her local Florida Blue Center gave Rita ways to take care of her mind, body and spirit.
