Do you have both Medicare and Medicaid?
You may be eligible for extra benefits and services with a Medicare Advantage (Part C) HMO D-SNP plan from Florida Blue Medicare.
Understanding Medicare and Medicaid
-
Medicare is a national health insurance program managed by the federal government for people age 65 and older, and people with a qualifying disability.
- Medicaid is a health insurance program funded jointly by both the state and federal government for individuals, families and children with limited income and resources.
What is a Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP)?
A Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) is a specific Medicare Advantage (Part C) plan designed for individuals who are dually eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid. D-SNP provides a convenient way to manage health care coverage and offers extra benefits and more services than the standard coverage in Medicaid and Original Medicare (Parts A & B).
Extra benefits and features at no extra cost - discover health solutions that care for you and your budget.
