Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. local time, seven days a week, from October 1 through March 31, except for Thanksgiving and Christmas. From April 1 through September 30, our hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday, except for major holidays.

Most of our Florida Blue Medicare Advantage plans offer non-emergency transportation to places like your doctor, pharmacy, and grocery stores.

  • How do I schedule a ride?
    If your plan offers transportation services, you can make ride reservations by calling the Florida Blue Transportation Service (Modivcare) ride reservation line at 1-855-875-5194 (TTY: 711), Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

  • You will need to schedule rides at least three business days in advance.
    When making a reservation, it’s helpful to have your health plan ID card. Any special requests that may require authorization from the plan (e.g., service or vehicles that can accommodate a wheelchair).

  • How do I change or cancel a ride?
    Scheduled rides can be changed or cancelled by calling Modivcare Ride Assist (Where’s My Ride?) at 1-855-875-5195 (TTY: 711).

  • Log in to your My Health Link™ member account 
    Check if your plan covers transportation.
