Chuck Divita

Executive Vice President, Commercial Markets

Chuck Divita serves as executive vice president, commercial markets. He is responsible for leading the individual, small, medium, and large group commercial health insurance business at Florida Blue as well as WebTPA, a nationwide, leading provider of third-party administrative services for self-funded employers. Chuck is also responsible for the enterprise’s brand and marketing functions.

Throughout his career, Chuck has been active in community and professional organizations. He currently serves on the boards of Availity as its chair, Prime Therapeutics, GuideWell-Sanitas, and Vim. He was also the chair for the 2022 First Coast Heart Ball executive cabinet. Chuck previously served on the boards of Life & Specialty Ventures, Florida Chamber of Commerce, Dean’s Council for the University of North Florida’s College of Health, and Ronald McDonald House Charities of Jacksonville.

Chuck holds bachelor of science degrees in both finance and accounting from Florida State University. He is a certified public accountant and member of the Florida Institute of CPAs.
