Strength, Balance and Stretch
Get strong and fit at home with Meredith in this free class at 9 a.m. Tuesdays. We’ll strengthen and tone muscles, and work on balance and flexibility. Have a sturdy chair available, preferably one without an armrest. The class is suitable for active older adults. RSVP here to get a notification when the class goes live. Cardio and strength
Join us and the YMCA of Northwest Florida at 10:45 a.m. Central Daylight Time Fridays for our free cardio class. It includes low-impact cardio and strength exercises suitable for all fitness levels. Equipment needed: Chair, light weights and resistance band (optional). Register here.
Join us and the YMCA of Northwest Florida at 10:30 a.m. CDT Wednesdays for a Barre class, which uses postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. You’ll l need a chair and light weights. Sign up today!

The Florida Blue care team will talk about the latest news on COVID-19 vaccines and availability in a series of live webinars.
