This annual event showcases delicious dishes and live entertainment celebrating the rich heritage of Pensacola  I am pleased to be a part of the Florida Blue #Flavors Experience where we will have live cooking demonstrations and show attendees how to prepare healthy seafood dishes for their family and friends.   Enjoy some of the healthy recipes we will showcase at the festival.   Smoked Salmon Grilled Cheese Serves 3. 1/2 smoked Salmon ½ cup mozzarella cheese 2 tbsp.
