How do I know if my medications are covered by a plan?
A drug list is a list of prescription drugs your plan covers. To find your Medication Guide, look in the Pharmacy section of your account at floridablue.com.
Can I get my prescriptions mailed to my home?
Yes, with home delivery pharmacy, your maintenance medications can be delivered right to your door. This can help save time and money, plus pharmacists are available 24/7 to provide support for conditions, like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and more. To get started, do one of these things:
- Log in to your account and click My Plan then Pharmacy Resources then Home Delivery
- Call 888-723-7451
- Call the number on the back of your member ID card and say, “Pharmacy”
