Greg Szkotnicki

Senior Vice President, Enterprise Operations

Greg Szkotnicki serves as senior vice president of enterprise operations for GuideWell, where he oversees core operational functions including digital, customer service, sales, enrollment, billing, and claims, serving on the Executive Leadership Team. He is accountable for embedding efficiency, automation, and insight into daily operations through digital, data, and AI-enabled capabilities. Szkotnicki also drives enterprise-wide workforce productivity, continuous improvement, and operational resilience to support long-term growth and enterprise value creation.

Greg is actively engaged in the community and currently serves on the board of Teach For America Jacksonville, where he previously served as board chair and finance chair.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in management information systems from The Pennsylvania State University and maintains credentials as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
