Let Better You Strides Guide Your Wellness Journey
Learning to build healthy habits can be difficult, especially if you’re trying to do it on your own. But there’s no need to go it alone. Our revamped Better You Strides online health and wellness program can help lead you down the path to healthier habits. Ones that can help make 2020 a great year.
The journey begins with you completing a personal health assessment, which takes about 15-20 minutes. It will be the guiding force for your personalized health and wellness activities, videos and quizzes. Topics include managing your health conditions, healthy snacking, planning meals, managing stress and reading nutrition labels.
The intuitive program encourages you to take the next step toward reaching the goals that you and your doctor have set. When you complete one program, you’ll get suggestions for the next one. If you fall behind, you’ll get a friendly nudge. It’s the program’s way of saying someone has your back in this journey.
And, as if getting healthier wasn’t enough, you can be rewarded for completing activities. Members who get insurance through their employer can be eligible for monthly drawings for gift cards. Some members also are eligible for personalized rewards. These gift cards can be used to help pay for some medical services, including copays and coinsurance for doctor’s visits. (See below for how other members can receive their rewards.)
