Virtual Brain Bus
Join us and the Alzheimer's Association for a three-week series of online interactive, no-cost educational classes to help you build your caregiver tool kit. All classes are 3-4 p.m. Come to one or come to all! You can register here. The schedule is:

February 24: Healthy Living for the Brain and Body: Tips from the Latest Research
Strength, Balance and Stretch
Get strong and fit at home with Meredith. This free class is for everyone. We will strengthen and tone muscles, as well as work on balance and flexibility. Have a sturdy chair available, preferably one without armrests.

Tai Chi and
Join us for a virtual fitness class led by Avatar Awakening Tai Chi & Meditation at 10:30 a.m. Thursdays. Flow smoothly and powerfully through a series of gentle movements that boost energy, relieve stress, improve coordination and more.
