Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff
Lisa Bowen is GuideWell’s senior vice president and chief of staff, serving a central role in guiding enterprise direction, execution, and performance. Leading the Office of the CEO, she oversees strategy and planning, transformation and enterprise change initiatives, artificial intelligence, corporate performance, administration, board services, and Corporate Social Responsibility and foundation efforts.
Bowen is deeply committed to community impact, mentorship, and advancing leadership development, particularly for women in health care and business. She currently serves as Treasurer and Board Member for the Main Street Child Development Center, a nonprofit supporting low‑income families.
Bowen has a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and an MBA from the George Washington University School of Business.
