Jeff Goddard

Jeff Goddard is executive vice president and President of Health Care Services at GuideWell. In this role, he leads the organization’s health services strategy, encompassing care delivery, care management, clinical policy, and provider and health system partnerships. His work is focused on expanding access to high-quality, patient-centered care while improving affordability and health outcomes.

Jeff oversees GuideWell’s owned and affiliated care delivery assets, including primary, urgent, and emergency care, spanning more than 100 clinics and care locations across Florida and Puerto Rico, as well as partnerships with provider organizations across medical, behavioral health, and pharmacy services. He also has responsibility for payer services and analytics that enable integrated, whole-person care through technology innovation.

Jeff joined GuideWell in Oct. 2023 as Chief Financial Officer and transitioned into his current role to lead the growth and integration of the organization’s health services platform.

He serves on the board for Prime Therapeutics and is actively involved in causes supporting individuals living with rare diseases, as well as community arts and theatre organizations.

Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Connecticut.
