Jeff Goddard

Jeff Goddard is executive vice president and president of health services at GuideWell. In this role, he leads the organization’s health services strategy, encompassing care delivery, care management, clinical policy, and provider and health system partnerships. His work is focused on expanding access to high-quality, patient-centered care while improving affordability and health outcomes.

Goddard oversees GuideWell’s owned and affiliated care delivery assets, including primary, urgent, and emergency care, spanning more than 100 clinics and care locations across Florida and Puerto Rico, as well as partnerships with provider organizations across medical, behavioral health, and pharmacy services. He also has responsibility for payer services and analytics that enable integrated, whole-person care through technology innovation.

Goddard joined GuideWell in Oct. 2023 as Chief Financial Officer and transitioned into his current role to lead the growth and integration of the organization’s health services platform.

Throughout his career, Goddard has been active in community and professional organizations. He serves on the board of Prime Therapeutics, Availity, and Sanitas, and he and his family are actively involved in causes supporting individuals living with rare diseases, as well as community arts and theatre programs.

Goddard holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Connecticut.
