Robert M. Beall, II Elected to Serve on Florida Blue Board of Directors

Announced at today’s annual policyholders’ meeting, Robert M. Beall, II was elected to serve a three-year term on the Florida Blue Board of Directors. Beall, is chairman of Beall's, Inc., which through its subsidiaries operates more than 560 retail stores from California to Florida.

Beall has served on the Florida Blue Board of Directors since 1994. He is a member of the board governance and nominating committee, and the personnel and compensation committee. He also serves on the boards of NextEra Energy, Inc. and SunTrust Banks, Inc.

In addition to Beall, Tracy A. Leinbach and Frank P. Scruggs, Jr. were elected to three-year terms at today’s policyholders’ meeting.
