Farley Kern

Senior Vice President, Chief Communications & Marketing Officer

Farley Kern is senior vice president, chief communications and marketing officer. In this role she is responsible for leading an integrated enterprise communications, marketing, and customer experience function that improves the efficiency, consistency, and quality of GuideWell’s customer and stakeholder engagement and enhances GuideWell’s corporate reputation.

Farley is immediate past chair of the WJCT Public Media Board of Trustees. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree from Duke University and has completed executive education programs at both the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and the Kellog School of Management at Northwestern University.
