You’ll want to gather your family’s details. Have the names, mailing and home addresses, and Social Security numbers of everyone you will cover in your plan. You will also need to have your 2024 tax return, IRS Form 8962 to reconcile your tax credit, and proof of household income. Other documents may also be required for your circumstances.
