Florida Blue Foundation seeks to help people and communities achieve better health. In 2023, the Foundation provided 463 grants totaling $20.3 million to improve the health of local communities, with a commitment to improve health equity by impacting food security, advancing mental well-being, growing healthy communities, and addressing health disparities.

Florida Blue Volunteers are active in the communities where we work and live. Employees participate in corporate-wide projects such as our collection drives for food, school supplies and holiday gifts, and walks and runs to benefit nonprofits that address health issues, along with various other volunteer and team building opportunities.
