“I was depressed, unhealthy and I felt like people didn’t understand me,” Kevin said. But he made a friend in Regine, a nurse at his Florida Blue Center.
Regine helped him make his health his priority. Over time, he lowered his blood pressure, lost weight and gained confidence.
“I feel more comfortable out in the world now,” Kevin said. “I go bowling and I go to the movies and walking. … Now I’m trying to get involved with astronomy!”
