Top-ranked hospital and Florida Blue expand their relationship to further advance shared commitment to providing affordable high-quality health care to the community.

Florida Blue, the state’s leading health insurance plan, has expanded its relationship with Cleveland Clinic Florida in Weston. Effective immediately, the hospital and its network of physicians and providers are part of Florida Blue’s BlueSelect network, providing its members with BlueSelect plans in-network access to the hospital ranked #1 in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale metro area by U.S. News & World Report.

The expanded relationship will provide BlueSelect members with in-network access to Cleveland Clinic Florida’s main hospital in Weston and surgical center in Coral Springs, as well as more than 50 primary care physicians and 300 specialists at locations in Palm Beach Gardens, West Palm Beach, Weston, Parkland and Wellington.

“We’re excited to expand our relationship with Cleveland Clinic Florida to provide our BlueSelect members with in-network access to its top-ranked care and services. Cleveland Clinic shares Florida Blue’s commitment to high quality care and positively impacting affordability through collaboration and innovation,” said Chuck Divita, Florida Blue’s executive vice president, commercial markets.

Cleveland Clinic Florida is currently in Florida Blue’s network for several of its other insurance plans and is also an anchor partner for Truli for Health, a Florida Blue-affiliate HMO announced earlier this year designed to provide Florida’s small and medium-sized employers with affordable, quality health insurance solutions for their employees.
