[Recipe] - Triple Veggie Dip

The Springtime is a great time to try this delicious veggie dip with dinner, or as a picnic appetizer. This triple veggie dip is a tasty, healthy recipe is sure to appeal to your friends and family. Ingredients • 1 ½ cups grated Parmesan cheese, divided • 1 can (19 oz.) asparagus spears, drained, chopped • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained • 1 can (8 ½ oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped • 1 tub (8 oz.) chive and onion cream cheese spread * • ½ cup mayonnaise * Directions Pre-heat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients with 1 ¼ cup Parmesan cheese. Top with remaining Parmesan. Bake 35 minutes or until heated through and lightly browned. Serve with whole wheat crackers and/or chopped veggies. Nutritional information per serving (2 Tbsp.):
